God damn, I'm good. ( ̄▽ ̄)
Sneaked it in two minutes before the deadline, then closed the posting with a notice that time has now ended.

Heh, I was watching this clock that was linked in the first post of all the score threads for the correct time, and dropped it in with a minute and a half left. As soon as it was submitted, I quickly replied to close the thread, just in case mikwuyma was late. ^_-

Well, I have to say again, congratulations everyone for an excellent shift. Especially yourself freddie, you should pat yourself on the back for putting in that excellent winning score on the last night of play. This three-peat victory belongs to you guys. ^_^

Yes indeed, Freddie's score actually saved our bacon.
Well Done!

Plus of course Mr STG.
If I'd been around for the last four days I think I would have been of use also, but these STGTs just don't fit in with my life at the mo.

& Well done again Mr Icarus!

I played all week, but didn't get a score that wouldn't have put me dead last... Yay  Lips sealed

Super scores guys!

EDIT - 71/75, not quite dead last, but still...

The 3 point gap shows that every thing we did in the STGT really counted, and its thanks to us all that we won Cheesy
I can't believe it really, I'm really happy that we won. Smiley

Our victory margin would have been greater if not for technical difficulties in week four, costing STG a high placement. But what is done is done, everyone put in a great effort, and your rewards (and a nice, long rest) are well-deserved. ^_-

It'll be nice to play the games we want to play, now, at least. ^_-

What happened to CIT?

I guess he hasn't had internet access since he moved house.  It's a shame we didn't have him for the STGT, things would have been easier with more people available - I think we always had at least 2 guys out for any given week this year.

I have no idea. When he signed up he mentioned that he was moving house and might be out for a while, but it appears he hasn't been back to either namakoHQ or shmupsforum since he moved. I'd assume it's more real-life matters than lack of internet, as two months is a long time to go without. Some of the people at shmupsforum are curious as to his disappearance, too (note a thread that popped up in OT a few weeks ago asking about him).

True, we could have done with an extra pair of hands, but I think we managed well enough without him, so it's no big deal. Hope he's doing well, though.
